Jordan takes the lead on all interior design and workplace consultancy projects and is recognised as one of the leading talents in the UK, bringing fresh thinking to interior fit-out of commercial spaces. This design talent is grounded with a practical commercial awareness and technical knowledge.
Jordan is a British Council of Office award winner for his design on project Whitespace and was also recently awarded the BCO ‘rising star’ award, an industry wide programme acknowledging outstanding contributions to the commercial property sector.
Nick is a Partner who specializes in building surveying, project management and is highly respected for his skills in project delivery, cost control, and contract administration, together with providing dilapidations, pre-acquisition and pre-lease professional services.
Nick is also a qualified CDM Co-ordinator and oversees all Health and Safety matters for HKSD.
Ben is an Associate and oversees all architectural services and provides legislative expertise in all matters of statutory compliance, be it building control, listed building, planning or advertisements consents together with Landlords consent.
Ben also provides 3D visualisation, together with technology and green issues expertise.
Grant has a wide ranging understanding of design, space planning, 3D visualisation and is heavily involved in the production of tender drawing packages and statutory consent submissions. Grant also has a keen interest in up and coming technologies and how this will shape our interactions with buildings in the future.
Lewis provides a wide range of building surveying disciplines within HK, including building pathology, dilapidations, cost control, contract administration and project management.
As a commercially aware building surveyor, Lewis has developed a good attitude and understanding for delivering reasoned and relevant advice tailored to individual client needs.
Jenni is instrumental in making sure the HK office runs smoothly and brings over 15 years of administrative experience in office management, human resources and accounting.
The wearer of many hats – she assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures, overseeing the administration of HR, accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.
